Proud Boss Moment

Building new homes can be a tough process to manage sometimes. Our staff works hard everyday to do that in spite of all the challenges. Where new cars are built in a perfectly controlled environment with perfect materials, new homes are built in an uncontrolled environment using materials that are constantly changed by weather changes. That makes having happy customers all the sweeter! Over the last week I have had 2 customers that have expressed their appreciation for the work our staff has done. It makes me so proud of them and thankful to be on the same team.

Award of Appreciation Present To: Dan Dwyer CMS Homes. At the end of the day you can count on Dan to make sure your project is done right as Dan would say “the way it should be”.

The first was a Build Anywhere customer who recently had us build a semi custom home and detached garage on 3 acres in Pine Lake Estates. Last week he gave Dan Dwyer one of our Build Anywhere project managers a plaque to recognize the good job he did!

We just moved into our new CMS Home in Moscow Mills. Some say that building is such a stressful event. Not the case at all. CMS Homes, Susan, Ted, and Jeff were so helpful, gave such good guidance to fit what we were looking for in our new home. The quality, the details, and it was 3 months and 10 days from dig to done, we had unbelievable build weather, and they kept to schedule. I LOVE my home, and hope I never build again (because I LOVE my choices!)…BUT if I ever do, I would use them again, and highly recommend them, should you consider building. Very well done.

The second expression of gratitude I received was the following Facebook Review of a customer for whom we just recently completed a Whitmore Elevation D in our premier community Austin Oaks Estates. Special thanks to Susan Dettmer, Ted Dettmer and Jeff Sheets for a job well done!
