3. Land Evaluation. If you already own a lot, our team will assess it to ensure it’s suitable for your desired home design and look for anything that might impact the cost of construction.
4. Finding the Right Lot. Don’t have land yet? No problem! Our experienced team can help you search for the perfect piece of property that aligns with your vision and budget.
5. Customizing Your Home. Once your lot is secured, we’ll finalize your floor plan and exterior and interior design features and maximize the potential of your location. Our goal is to ensure your home complements its surroundings while reflecting your personal style.
6. Permits and Preparation. What is the CMS Easy Build Program

Building your dream home should be as stress-free as possible, which is why CMS Homes offers the Easy Build Program. This program is designed to simplify the financing process and make your journey smoother than the traditional method of multiple loans and closings.

• The Easy Build Program requires a satisfactory pre-construction appraisal of the lot and home and a lender’s commitment to your permanent financing when the home is complete.
• You provide 10% of the project cost in cash or lot equity. Your lot equity can be part or all of the 10% deposit required.
• Your lot or a portion of your lot is conveyed to CMS Homes, LLC, and deeded back to you at closing.
