Q. When you started this new home journey what things did you have in mind that you wanted to accomplish for yourself and/or your family?

To be able to get the things that were important to us in a non-congested nice up-scale neighborhood.

Q. Do you feel that you have been able to get the results that you hoped for?

Yes and then some. The lot sizes are great for not having your neighbors right on top of you. The non-standards were affordable to us.

Q. What were some benefits that you didn’t expect?

We were able to get more that we expected and stay within our expectations.

The flexibility. And the fact someone was always available to help or answer questions.
