Thank you Kevin Cruiser, Rick Hackman, and the CMS team. We had the Covington model built almost two years ago on a few acres of our own. I really couldn’t be happier with our home! Kevin did a superb job making the customizations we wanted and Rich helped us so much during the building process. Two years later, our house is just as awesome as it was when we built it. I can’t thank you enough — it has been a complete blessing to us!

We just moved into our new CMS Home in Moscow Mills. Some say that building is such a stressful event. Not the case at all. CMS Homes, Susan, Ted, and Jeff were so helpful and gave such good guidance to fit what we were looking for in our new home. We were so happy with the quality and details. It was three months and ten days from dig to done, and even though we had unbelievably bad build weather, they kept to schedule. I LOVE my home and hope I never build again (because I LOVE my choices!) but if I ever do, I will use CMS again and highly recommend them should you consider building. Very well done.

Our realtor brought us to your already-built Spec Home/Home in a Hurry. It was a new home in a nice neighborhood. We decided to change a couple of things and CMS worked with us every step of the way. It was so easy. They were always available to answer any of our questions.

I think the price was very competitive. The CMS Easy Build program was a huge perk. The completion date given was kept. So far, the quality has been pretty good. Very open communication.

The floor plan is immensely efficient with NO wasted space, large bedrooms, and 11 ft. ceilings with transoms for natural lighting. A perfect floor plan and options for our family. The customer service is very good. Any concerns are addressed immediately. Communication with CMS is great.

My home is beautiful. It is everything that I wanted in a home to start a family. They offer spacious layouts that look more upscale than other builders in the area. Dan has great customer service and truly makes the building process much easier.
