EIGHT EASY STEPS TO GET YOUR NEW HOME

1. Get pre-approved:

You will contact a lender and submit simple loan application. The lender will then provide you with the sales price you qualify for based upon the information you gave.

2. Reserve your building site:

Visit with a CMS Homes Representative and discuss type of new home, new home features and community locations.Get a cost estimate on your choices,pick out your home site and make a “Good Faith” deposit to hold the home site of your choice.

3. Customize your home the way YOU want it.:

A big advantage of building a new home is your ability to customize flooring, cabinetry, wall colors, countertops etc. the YOU want them. CMS Homes adds another HUGE advantage by our willingness to customize any of our floor plans or elevations the way YOU want them.

4. Provide your acknowledgement on a New Home Purchase Agreement:

We will return your lot deposit check to you at this time and your will then make your contract deposit. This deposit will be refundable if you are unable to obtain your mortgage loan commitment.

5.Make your loan application:

Your lender will provide you with a list of documents needed (example: W-2s, account statements, etc.). Provide these to the lender along with the required application.

6. Complete your building deposit and selections

Prior to the start of construction the remaining balance of you deposit will be made and a CMS Representative will guide you through making selections and customization’s of your new home.

7. Construction begins

We dig your process and the exciting process of building a new home begins.

8. Go to closing and move in!

At this point your home is finished. The builder will do a walk through with you the day of closing to show you how to use and take care of your new home.You then sign all the closing paper and GET YOUR KEYS!!
